Welcome to Infinity Stars Preschool and Eye Create Stories 4Kids Workshops! These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and guidelines for using our website and online preschool services. You agree to comply with these terms by accessing or using our services.

This creative arts workshop is designed to engage children in creative writing and scriptwriting. Over the course of the workshop, participants will:
Develop their storytelling skills through creative writing exercises.
Learn the basics of script writing and dialogue creation.
Interactive Sessions: The workshop will include interactive lessons, optional group activities, and individual creative exercises.
Creative Freedom: Children can explore their creativity with some guidance and support from the workshop facilitator.
Final Projects: Participants can share their completed scripts, radio plays, or other creative work at the end of the workshops.
Infinity Stars Preschool and Eye Create Stories 4Kids provide digital educational content, including pre-recorded classes, creative play activities, and story-based learning.
Our services are designed for preschool children ages 3 to 6 and 8 to 14 for workshops, and they are intended to be guided by parents or guardians.
By purchasing a membership or digital product, you agree to abide by these terms.
Membership subscriptions are available at different tiers, and pricing is subject to change.
Payments are processed through Patreon. Payment must be made in full on Patreon to secure your child’s spot in the workshop.
Memberships and Digital Products are non-refundable, as outlined in our No-Refund Policy.
All digital materials, including audio lessons, storybooks, and printable activities, are for personal use only.
Redistribution, reproduction, or commercial use of our content without permission is strictly prohibited.
We reserve the right to update or modify our content at any time.
Parents can cancel their membership at any time; however, no refunds will be issued for the remaining portion of the billing cycle.
We reserve the right to terminate a user’s access if they violate these terms, including disruptive behavior in live sessions, community posts, or group chats (if applicable) or misuse of content.
5. Technology-Related
AI-Generated Content: I acknowledge that some of the content used in the workshop may be generated by artificial intelligence (AI) tools. This content will inspire and guide participants in their creative projects. Some prompts or materials may be generated using artificial intelligence (AI) tools. While the facilitator will review all content for suitability, parents/guardians should be aware that AI-generated content may occasionally include elements that may not be suitable for all children. If any content is found to be inappropriate, parents/guardians should notify the facilitator immediately.
Technology Software or Third-Party Websites: I understand that software use is optional, but my child will need to download and use certain software to learn how to use it. Additionally, my child may be directed to third-party websites to participate in group discussions or obtain educational resources. The websites we will use for workshops are https://www.audacityteam.org/, software for audio production, Padlet.com for sharing and collaborating, and YouTube.com for educational resources.
Internet Safety: While the workshop facilitator will take precautions to provide a safe online environment, parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring that their child follows safe internet practices, such as not sharing personal information or engaging with unknown individuals online.
Cybersecurity: Parents/guardians should ensure that the child's device has appropriate cybersecurity measures, such as antivirus software, to protect against malware or unauthorized access during online sessions.
6. Media Usage
If parents/guardians consent to the use of their child’s work, voice recordings, or images for promotional purposes, they release the workshop facilitator from any liability related to the future use of this media. Please notify us if you do not wish for your child to be included.
Infinity Stars Preschool, and Eye Create Stories 4Kids Workshops, are not responsible for any technical issues, internet disruptions, or failures on third-party platforms that may affect access to our services.
Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising their child’s participation in activities and ensuring a safe environment.
We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes; our content is designed for educational enrichment.
We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected, such as names and email addresses, is used solely for managing memberships and communication purposes.
We do not sell or share personal data with third parties. For more details, refer to our Privacy Policy.
9. Indemnification
Hold Harmless Clause: Parents/guardians agree to hold Shelli Wilbon harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities that may arise from their child’s participation in the workshop. This includes, but is not limited to, physical injuries, emotional distress, technical issues, or cybersecurity breaches.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms. We encourage parents to review them regularly.
